BEREA – Baldwin Wallace University’s Digital Marketing Clinic will be featured at a free business seminar on March 29.
Marketing clinic instructors will present “Going Live on Social Media.” Members of the digital marketing team will show how going live on Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and Twitter can benefit businesses. Social media is very popular but there is an art to being successful. Instructors will be Maddie Slusher, BW Digital Marketing Clinic account executive; and Tim Marshall, Digital Marketing Clinic director and BW professor.
Also on the program is a presentation on Crowdfunding: What It Is and What It’s Doing for Profit and Non-Profit Businesses. The presenter is Nathan Haskell of the Gertsburg Law Firm.
Alternative Lending and the Women’s Business Center of Ohio will be presented by Patty Ajdukiewicz of the Economic and Community Development Institute. The Institute is a non-profit founded in 2004 to lend to businesses not well-served by traditional banking. The Women’s Business Center is designed to help women start and grow businesses through individual coaching, access to business tools, free educational classes and networking events.
